WE DESIGN YOUR EVENTS
Marche Event Management was established in 2009. Our foundation was laid with the aim of using the education and experience of our "architectural" and "performing arts-based" company founders with a new perspective in the event industry. Over the years, it has reached a meaningful place in the sector as an "Event design and management" company based on storytelling and 360-degrees communication, enriching it with professionals from different fields and disciplines of MICE Industry. Our experience of long years on design and event management , our capability to evaluate all stages of an event as a whole, our ability to use the word “design” in all areas of communication and our new, up-to-date and creative perspective have positioned us to a different place in the sector's competition.

1. BRIEFING
- Asking effective questions to understand the purpose of the project
- Collecting information about the event such as dates, number of participants, venue preference
- Obtaining the necessary brief about the customer's layout or concept preferences
2. UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMER AND THE BRAND
- Studies done to get to know the corporate customer or person
- Approach of the brand, communication strategy, Acquisition of corporate identity
- Positioning the special brand and corporate identity for this project
3. UNDERSTANDING THE PARTICIPANTS OF EVENT
- Active questions worked out to define the Participant Profile
- Participant age and gender / sexual orientation distribution, understanding of socio-economic structure, education levels
- Defining the relationship that the customer wants to establish with the participant
- Communication design how to convey the message of the event to the participant
4. CASE STUDY
- Examination and feedback analysis of the customer's previous activities similar to this event
- Analysis of competitor companies' stance on similar activities and feedback
- What is happening at similar events around the world? Trend analysis
5. CONCEPT WRITING
- Creating the correct slogan and sub-mottos in parallel with all analysis studies carried out
- Determining the messages to be given in parallel with these mottos
- The details of the visual communication through which the determined messages will be conveyed to the participant
- Writing and detailing the story
- Designing the pre-event communication process
- Determination of presentation, film and storytelling techniques
- Determining the items that support the message for Entertainment
- Determining the technique and technology that will best convey the message
- Determination of analog / hybrid activity details

6. EVENT DESIGN
